The Most STIRRING story in STIR

It is with Stir people whom I first heard of the news. The moment they plurked about the upcoming scoop about the Hayden Kho x Katrina Halili Scandal Video, I became restless and began asking some connections about the rumor. But the rumor became real when a real video came out. Though I have already a copy sent to me by an anonymous sender, Stir still beat the clock and posted the scoop first. This is where all the scandal starts.

Hayden's sexual adventures with different woman most notably with known celebrities such as Katrina Halili and Maricar Reyes. The controversy continues to grow as new videos came out sparking an all out lawsuit against the doctor. The case filed by Katrina reached the senate where Hayden and her first face each other since the video's outbreak online.

Hayden-condemned, Katrina-furious, Maricar-believed hiding. But despite all the circus that happens this past few months, the scandal remains unsolved. I find this story very stirring because of the impact of this issue to me and to the people around me. The story is supposed to be just like any other showbiz news that despite its negativity we know it gives the stars the publicity advantage. The three of them, Hayden, Katrina and Maricar is undoubtly being talked about everyday in Blogs, Twitter, Plurk and even on chat rooms.

This is where I first experience how people can get carried away with the news that even friendship can be tested with it. I will not go in to details but all I can say, this showbiz controversy is the most memorable scandal to me. The people could forget it but not me, because this is the story that shows how people tend to judge you so fast disregarding the friendship that you both build for several number of years.

And because of what happened, I started hating the issue more as I watch it on TV news up to the point that I stopped talking about it. But this time for the sake of Stir's promo, I'm writing this article for people to read and share my bad experience. But on the other hand thanks Hayden Kho, without your scandalous videos I would not discover those who are real friends.

Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho's Scandal Video Premieres Online

It is between 3pm and 4pm earlier that I received a message from twitter from an online friend. I was shocked because he just given me the download link of Katrina Halili and Doc Hayden Kho's scandal video. Off course I'm curious to see if they are really on the video. Because if the video is fake, I should know more for I can say I'm already expert on analyzing this kind of video because of my past job as a gossip blog admin.

Unfortunately I can't download the video because the hosting used for the file can't penetrate our servers. So I only got the chance to see the video from STIR's video streaming.


The video start with Katrina standing in front of the video cam. She is just wearing a very sexy underwear/lingerie. The temperature here quickly rises as Katrina starts to sexy dance in the tune of Careless Whispers (nice choice of song).


Then after several seconds, another person came in front of the camera and he is none other than Doc Hayden Ko. Just like Katrina Doc Hayden is just wearing his underwear without shirt on top. They began dancing together while Hayden is singing Careless Whispers (oh that reminds me of his performance with Katrina in Celebrity Duet).

And I can't hardly continue narrating the rest. You may watch the video for yourself instead.



On my opinion, the video appears to be a practice video of Hayden's performance in Celebrity Duets. Well there is nothing wrong in dirty dancing as long as you are doing it with your clothes on and in a not so private room.

Like people say if words can lie then what about this for a proof. Hayden didn't deny the things that happened with him and Katrina but Katrina is strongly denying everything. So Katrina what can you say about this video?

Pacman's Mystery Party "Friend"?

Remember my last post regarding Manny's escapade in Embassy Bar. On the photos, a girl is constantly seen with him, dancing, hugging and playing around the bar. The identity of the girl is blurred on those photos. Just this afternoon my friend Alvin posted a new photo of Manny and a girl now uncensored. Is this the same girl seen with Manny in Embassy. I'm not sure. But indeed Manny is lucky having this kind of girls circulating around him, hehehe.

An email is spreading containing photos of Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao while having a good time in Embassy Bar. Other than drinking, Manny is happy dancing all night long with some sexy babes. Oh well, hope this will not make a bad impression for him.

Sam Oh : Soon to be Kabarkada and Kapamilya

The Korean Beauty and Host of the hit ETC show Rated Oh (now defunct, not sure) is rumored to be pirated by the kapamilya network. According to my source, Solar Entertainment is already entertaining applicants ready for an audition for a replacement for Sam. Up to now, this rumor is not confirmed for Sam is still on a vacation in Korea. Hmmm... I think, this scene is familiar. Angel Locsin is also out of the country when she is rumored transfering to the rival network of GMA 7. Angel denied it but eventually when she returned, she did crossed the bridge to the other network.

On the other side of the news, Many people are still not happy to the decision of SkyCable to remove Solar channels on there lineup. According to public, replacement channels like Balls and MAXXX are nothing compared to Baketball TV and JackTV. An insider claims that these troubles with SkyCable started when boxing champ Manny Pacquiao, whose fights Solar Entertainment has the exclusive right to air and distribute, moved from ABS-CBN, a sister company of Sky, to rival GMA. However, Solar has inked a deal with local terrestrial channels ABC, RPN, SBN and RJTV 29 for block-time programming. C/S, ETC and 2nd Avenue progamming are seen on terrestrial TV channels RPN, SBN and RJTV, respectively. On a latest update, SkyCable retained ETC and 2nd Avenue but channels are relocated.

Another Hate Mail for Direk Dyogi aka Big Brother

Got this mail from Iggy that he also got from Abante. A hate mail for Pinoy Big Brother Direk Lauren Dyogi. Here is the content of the letter:

To Big Brother,

Wala kang kuwenta. Ikaw mismo ang hindi sumunod sa rules mo, hindi dapat nakapasok si Gaby dela Merced sa Big 4 dahil sa natirang lima, siya lang ang nakalabas ng bahay ng more than 24 hours.

‘Di ba may rule ka na kung may aalis man sa bahay mo, eh hindi dapat lalagpas ng 24 hours?

Bakit pinabalik mo pa si Gaby? Ibig sabihin, you broke your own rule. Hindi puwedeng maging excuse ‘yung seminar na pinuntahan niya. Bakit siya pinapasok sa bahay mo, kung ‘di pala siya puwede?

Judging the way how the letter is written, I think it's just a cheap tactic formulated by none other than Big Brother himslef. Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition season 2 is indeed the lowest rated PBB season ever. We hardly talked about the show and they should thank us because we are wasting our time on this useless issue. But if the mail is real, Kuya still deserves it because of his playing GOD sickness.

2007 Metro Manila Film Festival Winners Leaked

I just came home after watching Star Cinema's Sakal, Sakali, Saklolo in SM Megamall Cinema. After five films, I think its time to retire and write reviews. Last year, I became so lazy writing reviews. So I think I need to catch up on some movies I watched last year. I think they are at least five movies. Plus another five movies from the film fest equals 10 reviews before the week ends (May God Help me).

On the other side of the news, I came across this wikipedia entry about the 2007 Metro Manila Film Festival and I'm wondering why the winners are already released in this page. Some major awards are already chosen on the list including the Best Picture (Katas ng Saudi), Best Actor (Jinggoy Estrada) and Best Actress (Maricel Soriano) categories. However, the category Best Director is lefft blank and the category Best Child Performer listed Jinggoy Estrada as the winner. Now I try to search for any other website that will support the wikipedia entry. As expected, I didn't find any pages that confirms the infos on that wiki. Now I'm not sure if this list is just a bogus list of winners or the real and authentic list that leaked in wikipedia. For what I know, the awarding ceremony is not until saturday, January 5, 2008 and all results should be confidential till that night.

Sakal, Sakali, Saklolo Condemned for Being Racist

I just saw in the news that Senator Pimentel is currently angry and greatly offended of a certain scene in the movie.

Senate Minority Leader Aquilino Pimentel Jr on Thursday expressed concern that the film Sakal, Sakali, Saklolo is conveying a wrong message to Filipinos by denigrating the use of the Visayan language, which is most widely spoken in the Visayas and large parts of Mindanao.

Pimentel, who hails from Mindanao, cited a portion of the film where a grandmother was telling a nanny (yaya) in Pilipino: “Bakit pinapalaki ninyong Bisaya ang apo ko?" (Why are you rearing my grandchild as a Bisaya?)

The mother then butts in and tells the nanny: “Speak to the kid in Tagalog. Parang Pinoy. (So that he grows up like a Pinoy)."

According to Senator Pimentel, this is a clear slur towards non-tagalog speaking citizens and demands Star Cinema to take actions on the said matter. The Senator also requires Movies and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) to explain why the said scene passed there standards.

Personally, I haven't watch the movie and can't further comment on the said issue. But just like the Desperate Housewives scandal, this shows how filipinos tend to be so sensitive when it comes to race issues.

Shia LaBeouf, Drunk and Arrested

The nice guy keeper of the all spark in Transformers and the voyeur of Disturbia has been arrested this past weekend when he entered a store in Chicago drunk. According to reports, it was two in the morning when Shia entered Walgreens drugstore drunk. The security guard immediately approached the actor and asked him to leave. As expected, Shia refused the security's request leaving the store's management no choice but to call the cops.

Now Shia is charged in Chicago Police Department with misdemeanor criminal trespassing case. However, Shia exhibits a polite and kind atmosphere during his booking at the police station according to the attending officer. The actor is released several hours later and instructed to appear in court this coming November 28.

Rowling Reveals Dumbledore is Gay

Got this weird news from a message board post. At first I thought it was just a joke. So I browsed the net for some confirmation. After a few clicks, I found this article from FOX News.

NEW YORK — Harry Potter fans, the rumors are true: Albus Dumbledore, master wizard and Headmaster of Hogwarts, is gay.

J.K. Rowling, author of the mega-selling fantasy series that ended last summer, outed the beloved character Friday night while appearing before a full house at Carnegie Hall. After reading briefly from the final book, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," she took questions from audience members.

She was asked by one young fan whether Dumbledore finds "true love."

"Dumbledore is gay," the author responded to gasps and applause.

She then explained that Dumbledore was smitten with rival Gellert Grindelwald, whom he defeated long ago in a battle between good and bad wizards. "Falling in love can blind us to an extent," Rowling said of Dumbledore's feelings, adding that Dumbledore was "horribly, terribly let down."

Dumbledore's love, she observed, was his "great tragedy."

"Oh, my god," Rowling concluded with a laugh, "the fan fiction."

Potter readers on fan sites and elsewhere on the Internet have speculated on the sexuality of Dumbledore, noting that he has no close relationship with women and a mysterious, troubled past. And explicit scenes with Dumbledore already have appeared in fan fiction.

Rowling told the audience that while working on the planned sixth Potter film, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," she spotted a reference in the script to a girl who once was of interest to Dumbledore. A note was duly passed to director David Yates, revealing the truth about her character.

Rowling, finishing a brief "Open Book Tour" of the United States, her first tour here since 2000, also said that she regarded her Potter books as a "prolonged argument for tolerance" and urged her fans to "question authority."

Not everyone likes her work, Rowling said, likely referring to Christian groups that have alleged the books promote witchcraft. Her news about Dumbledore, she said, will give them one more reason.

So it is true. Our old headmaster Wizard is gay. No wonder he show those weird looks on Harry.

ABC Studio's Apology, Not Enough

ABC Studio, producer of the contraversial TV series Desperate Housewives have apologized for an insult against Filipino Medical Workers that caused pandemonium over Philippines.

The apology was issued and aired in the Philippines on Thursday following protests by the Philippine government.

The public apology states:

"The producers of 'Desperate Housewives' and ABC Studios offer our sincere apologies for any offense caused by the brief reference in the season premiere. There was no intent to disparage the integrity of any aspect of the medical community in the Philippines."

But after the apology is given, it seems that it's still not enough.

"I am mortally offended by the statement because it betrayed the racial prejudice and denigrates the excellent performance of world-class Filipino doctors in the US," said Senator Miriam Santiago, whose sister is a doctor working in Los Angeles.

The Senator now urge the Foreign Affairs Department to lodge a formal protest with the US government. The Philippine Medical Association is also not satisfied with the Studio's apology and still pushing through with a formal complaint to be sent to the World Medical Association.

GMA's Zaido Ripped Star Trek's Logo

Dalawang Linggo na lamang ang hihintayin ng mga manonood at ipapalabas na sa GMA ang pinakabago nitong Sci-Fi series base sa Metal Hero na nilikha ng Toei na Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan. Sa kasalukuyan, kinapapanabikan na ito ng ilang mga tagahanga ng mga artistang kasama sa naturang serye.





Ngunit kamakailan lamang ay umalma ang ilang mga tagahanga ng isang International Sci-Fi Series Franchise nang lumabas ang larawan na nasa itaas sa Inquirer. Ang naturang Sci-Fi Series na ito ay ang Star Trek na naisalin na rin sa iba't-ibang pelikula. Sa katunayan ay may nalalapit itong pelikula sa 2008. Ang isyu ay ang pagkakahawig ng disenyo ng Tsapa ng Zaido sa Logo ng Star Trek. Stripper Vanessa, Not Fired Yet

After Vanessa's Nude Photos spread all throughout the net, many news came out stating her being fired by Disney Executives and replaced by the Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon. According to Contra Costa Times and MSNBC, The Disney Channel (part of the Walt Disney Co.) denied a published report that Hudgens will be replaced from the upcoming feature film High School Musical 3. That movie is in development and negotiations with the stars are incomplete. As of now, Disney had no further comment about the pictures.

Vanessa also issued a public apology especially to her fans.

"I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me," she said in a statement. "I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends."

Vanessa Hudgens Stripped!!!

Sweet voice and Inoccent smile, that is the image portrayed by our favorite High School Musical singing sensation Vanessa Hudgens. The good looking performer of Disney's hit musical had became a huge star overnight since the release of the first installment. However, Vanessa is confronting a current scandal regarding the spread of her Nude Photo on the net. "This was a photo which was taken privately," Hudgens' representative said in the statement, confirming the authenticity of the leaked photo. The photo now had already reached the executives of Disney and may cause trouble to her career especially now that her appearance on the next High School Musical film is uncertain.

Personally speaking, I think this is the end of her career in Disney. I remember back then, year 1991 when Melissa Joan Hart is stripped from her contract in Disney when she posed in Maxim. I hope Disney should finish High School Musical first before dropping her. I can't hardly think of anyone who can play Gabriella. Maybe someone can but not as good as Vanessa. Oh well. Things happen.
