Just got a head's up from DBtheMovie.com where an unknown sender gave them a copy of Weekly Young Jump that features the upcoming Dragonball moviewith photos of Justin Chatwin as Goku, Emmy Rossum as Bulma and Chow Yun-Fat. People are not too excited about this film. Maybe because of the fact that most of the main cast are not asians and some of them doesn't really match the their cartoon counterparts. This is the frequently debated issue over anime turned live action movies. But as far as the latest Speed Racer movie's feedback, fans alone are cheering for the movie's nostalgic and well crafted scenes.
So maybe I will give this Dragonball adaptation a chance. And guys, give it a chance. We haven't seen anything yet. So let's wait for further updates about this movie that is set to premiere next year, April 2009.
