Marvel Studio and Walt Disney released a new Trailer for Thor: The Dark World revealing more scenes promising a big scale of action and fantasy compared to the first installment.  Watch the trailer after the jump.

In the aftermath of Marvel’s "Thor" and "Marvel’s The Avengers," Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos...but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin (Anthony Hopkins) and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all.

Before I was so afraid that Thor: The Dark World will just look like Lord of the Rings or game of Thrones clone but it seems that everything is working great for this another anticipated sequel.  yes, we can see all those LOTR and GOT reference but how they are used in Thor's Realm is quite unique and exciting.  Definitely something to look forward to.  Opening on October 30,2013, Thor: The Dark World is from Marvel Studios, distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures International through Columbia Pictures.
