Walt Disney and Pixar proudly announced the official launch of Monster University viral website.  The website has first look of the university and some students. 





The viral website serve as the university's official website.  It has tons of sections such as information about the faculty, alumni and more just like the real world school websites have.  Another exciting section is the merchandise section where you can actually avail of Monsters University souvenir items as early as now.






 Simple but genius way of starting the marketing campaign for the movie.  Not to mention they will be earning as early as now for the merchandise.  Genius!  Those merchandise looks great especially the hoodie with four arms.  I hope it comes in XXXL :P



Before, I'm a little reluctant about this Monsters Inc. Prequel but it looks like everything are looking good.  And with the release of this viral website, it is a good sign that they are quite serious on doing a quality follow up for the first film.  Looking forward for it when it finally comes out on theater next year, to be distributed by Walt Disney Pictures.
