The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber Comes to Manila

After the Manila hit staging of CATS the musical last year, Andrew Lloyd Webber fans once again will witness another musical extravaganza featuring the talent of the living music legend.

But unlike last year, this time we will hear not 1, not 2 and not even 3 but 14 musicals in just one show.  Ladies and gentlemen, Lunchbox Theatrical Productions, David Atkins Enterprises, All Youth Channels and Concertus in association with Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Really Useful Company Asia Pacific presents The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Featuring a talented group of performers from Australia namely Blake Bowden (The Boyfrom Oz), Alinta Chidsey (West Side Story), Andrew Conaghan (Rent), Michael Cormick (Phantom of the Opera), Kirsten Hobbs (Sweeney Todd), Trisha Crowe (Oliver!), Delia Hannah (Les Miserables) and Shaun Rennie (CATS) will serenade us with songs from worlds greatest musicals such as Jesus Christ Superstar, Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Evita, Sunset Blvd. and a lot more.

To be directed by Stuart Maunder (A Little Night Music), James Cundall of Lunchbox Theatrical assured us that this is the show that no Andrew Lloyd Webber or musical theater aficionado should ever miss.

The show will be staged at CCP, Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo from 24 June 2011 for a strictly limited season (13 shows only). All tickets are available at all TicketWorld outlets. To book, call 891-9999, or visit TicketWorld’s website.
