The nice guy keeper of the all spark in Transformers and the voyeur of Disturbia has been arrested this past weekend when he entered a store in Chicago drunk. According to reports, it was two in the morning when Shia entered Walgreens drugstore drunk. The security guard immediately approached the actor and asked him to leave. As expected, Shia refused the security's request leaving the store's management no choice but to call the cops.
Now Shia is charged in Chicago Police Department with misdemeanor criminal trespassing case. However, Shia exhibits a polite and kind atmosphere during his booking at the police station according to the attending officer. The actor is released several hours later and instructed to appear in court this coming November 28.
