Ed Norton Out in Avengers, Mark Ruffalo or Joaquin Phoenix Rumored to Replace

Yes Ed Norton is out and will not reprise his role as Bruce Banner in the upcoming Avengers motion picture.  I've heard that Norton and the production has difficulties on settling creative differences so as much as I don't really want to talk about the details, let;s just leave everything on that since I think Bruce Banner's character is not that too complicated that anyone with good acting chops can replace Ed Norton on the part.  And believe it or not there are already good names rumored to replace him.

According to Deadline, Mark Ruffalo is running as a good candidate for the role of Bruce Banner.  Having a good track record and after receiving critical praises from his role in The Kid's are All Right, very soon Ruffalo could be the final actor that will play Hulk's alter ego.

But on the side note, there is another actor who is being considered as the Gamma exposed Doctor.  This time, CHUD reported that Marvel Studios also extended an offer to Joaquin Phoenix (Gladiator, Two Lovers) to play Bruce banner in Avengers.

So far there are still no final word to whom will the character be entrusted.  I really hope that they will choose the right one.

thanks to Fanboy SEO forthe heads up.
